Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care, Adult Multispecialty, PRN, Night Shift

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care, providing essential clinical direction in an inpatient setting. You will foster patient-centered care while demonstrating clinical competency and utilizing evidence-based practices across all phases of the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Job Summary

As an RN, you will play a pivotal role in patient care, making a difference every day. You'll work collaboratively with medical professionals to assess and recognize changes in patients' conditions, develop individualized care plans, and ensure continuity and safety in their care journey.

Essential Functions

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and collect data, utilizing age-specific standards to identify patient needs.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Ensure effective communication of changes in patient care plans and prioritize nursing interventions based on assessments.
• Implement and evaluate teaching strategies to address patient and family learning needs.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Advocate for patients, coordinating care with healthcare teams to meet the holistic needs of individuals.

Minimum Requirements

In lieu of experience, completion of a nurse residency program or equivalent may be considered.

Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses
