Home Service Technician
TruBlue of Frisco, Prosper, & Celina is hiring for a part-time Home Service Technician (Handyman / Handywoman / Contractor) to serve the areas of Frisco, Prosper, and Celina.

Role Overview
The Home Service Technician is responsible for performing a variety of home repair and maintenance services with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and providing excellent service to homeowners and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general home repairs, installation, and maintenance tasks with care and professionalism including :Minor carpentry (doors, trim, framing)
Drywall repair and paintingBasic plumbing (toilet installs, faucet replacement, leak fixes)Basic electrical (switch / outlet replacement, light fixture installs)Tile, flooring, and other general repairsSupport home safety and accessibility for seniors aging in placeCommunicate professionally with customers before, during, and after jobsKeep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all timesSupport Lead Technicians as neededMaintain tools and company vehicle (if provided)Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and time spent on jobsIdeal Candidate Profile
Passionate about delivering great customer experiences5+ years of paid hands-on home repair, maintenance, or construction experienceProficient in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, general maintenance, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, drywall, tiling)Good communication, reliable and respectful in every interactionComfortable working independently and within a teamCommitted to quality, safety, and doing the job rightSome experience in project estimating or quoting jobs preferredValid drivers license, reliable transportation, and standard tools of the tradeFluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.Embodies TruBlue Core ValuesCompensation and Benefits
