  • Work 36 / 48 hour alternating schedule with 84 hours biweekly and 72 hour guarantee

    • \n

  • Must start 12 / 8 or 12 / 15 - firm start dates

    • \n

  • 48 hours of orientation required

    • \n

  • Block scheduling type with weekend coverage required

    • \n

  • Patient ratios of 4 : 1 for days, nights, and weekends

    • \n

  • Care for patients of all age groups : neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

    • \n

  • Work in 62-room emergency department with daily census of 190

    • \n

  • 3 years of experience preferred - no first-time travelers accepted

    • \n

  • Travel experience required

    • \n

  • Trauma Level II experience preferred

    • \n

  • Epic charting system experience required

    • \n

  • Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS

    • \n

  • Flu vaccine required with medical / religious exemptions only

    • \n

  • Must complete lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer

    • \n

  • Local radius 50 miles - local candidates not accepted

    • \n

  • License must be in-hand before start date

    • \n

  • Documentation due 3 business days prior to start

    • \n

  • Modules completed during orientation (average 2-3 hours, non-billable if completed in first 16 hours)

    This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive 62-room emergency department that serves a high-volume patient population with a daily census of 190. The facility provides Level II trauma center services and maintains stroke and STEMI certifications. The emergency department offers extensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretarial support. The facility utilizes Epic charting systems and provides comprehensive emergency care for patients of all ages.
