Fantastic, we are looking for Brazer to join our dedicated team in Salem. Our work schedule is Monday – Thursday (6AM-4 : 30PM) and overtime as needed. We produce low volume service parts for the HVAC industry and are looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence.

Ideally, you will have two plus years of experience working with brazing. If you do not have the experience, but you have a welding background and are willing to learn this skill, we would like to hear from you. As a Brazer, you will perform precision brazing to securely join copper materials without causing damage or defects. You will inspect brazed seams to identify and repair any weak points, cracks, or other issues. This role involves preparing materials and tools, including setting up and maintaining brazing equipment for optimal functionality and safety. You will follow detailed technical drawings and industry standards to ensure consistent and reliable results. Collaboration with team members, including engineers and quality control staff, will be essential to troubleshoot issues and meet production goals. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to workplace safety protocols at all times.
