About the Role
The Manager of Facilities is responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, efficient, and inspiring built environment—one that reflects the Bouldering Project brand and enhances every guest’s experience. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, with oversight of the facilities department, hiring authority, project management, vendor coordination, and safety leadership.
This role is central to upholding BP’s quality standards and operational excellence while fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, organized, and aligned with our mission to create community-focused spaces that inspire movement and connection.

This role may require availability during evenings, weekends, or outside standard business hours for special events or emergency issues. Occasional travel may be required to support projects at other BP locations.
Compensation & Benefits
