Job description

This is a FlexSteel position and is located in Baytown, TX.

  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining location documentation and providing administrative support to engineering personnel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
  • Maintain document libraries in both printed and electronic forms.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Prepare and maintain engineering document library including transferring documents to proper formatting.
  • Special projects or assignments as directed by management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and / or abilities required.   • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience preferred.
  • Intermediate language skills, mathematical skills, and intermediate reasoning ability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain deadlines.
  • Ability to build solid working relationships with customers, vendors, and interface with associates in all departments.
