Project Contract Analyst - Washington DC
VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Project Contract Analyst to support our NAVSEA customer. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite three days a week in Washington, DC. Responsibilities :
- Developing high-level spend plans
- Implementing business process improvement
- Developing senior-level financial or logistical briefings
- Tracking and providing status updates
- Processing a wide variety of tasks to completion, identifying and correcting data errors, and providing recommended solutions
- Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Assisting with budget reports
- Maintaining action trackers to ensure tasks are completed correctly, comprehensively, and on time and providing maintenance of financial trackers
- Participating in various meetings
- Assisting with the monitoring of performance, cost, and schedule impacts, coordinating across multiple programs and organizations
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree0-4 years of experience with the DoD acquisition contractsExperience with using Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPointKnowledge of program management applications, such as cost, performance, or schedulingAbility to be proactive and work independently in a team environmentAbility to develop, document, and implement new processes and brief leadershipExcellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skillsActive DoD Secret clearanceDesired Qualifications :
Experience working with NAVSEAExperience in working with various Navy Waterfront entities, including shipyards, installation teams, and regional maintenance facilitiesBachelor's degree in a Business fieldSalary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees.
