Job Title : Project Manager
Location : Atlanta, GA - Hybrid 3days.
Job Summary
UST is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale technology or software development projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, risk management, and ensuring delivery excellence within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and detailed work plans.
Develop governance structures, communication plans, and performance tracking metrics.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, and business functions.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment on deliverables.
Coordinate resource planning, task assignments, and team performance management.
Implement Agile and / or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs.
Drive continuous improvement through metrics-driven performance and process optimization.
Support testing, quality assurance, and configuration management activities.
Oversee scope management, change control, and requirement prioritization.
Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and reusable frameworks across teams.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline (Masters preferred).
8+ years of experience managing software or IT projects in a global delivery model.
Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios.
Strong experience in client communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
