This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : 8 : 30a-5 : 00p (includes lunch break)
• Patients Per Day : Varies
• Practice Setting : Medical Clinic
• Scope : Primary and Chronic Care
• State Licensure : Active Georgia State License and  Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners : No
• Credentialing Timeframe : 4-6 Weeks
