Job description

SUMMARY As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, individualized care to patients in partnership with our nursing team. Your proactive approach and dedication to patient well-being will be essential in enhancing the overall healthcare experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Care & Service : Deliver high-quality assistance to residents in line with personalized care plans, facilitate their transportation to and from activities, encourage leisure activities, evaluate and report on their care, and provide emotional support to residents and their families.

Safety : Help maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.

Communication & Documentation : Engage with families, direct them to the appropriate professional staff, respond promptly to resident requests, and communicate effectively with team members.

EDUCATION :

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS : CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

PAY RANGE : $19.50 - $20.70

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. Pay is subject to modification and may include additional components based on experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
