Job Title : Audit & Assurance Manager or Senior Manager, CPA

Location : HYBRID for Frisco TX and Tulsa OK areas

Salary : $90k-$135k + bonus and benefits

We are committed to providing the best financial services to our clients and due to growth, we are eager to add Audit & Assurance Managers or Senior Managers to our team of public accounting professionals. The Audit & Assurance Manager is responsible for leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with auditing standards, and providing high-quality assurance services to clients. This role involves managing a team of auditors, developing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Perform risk assessments and develop audit strategies to address identified risks.
• Review and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct quality reviews of audit workpapers and reports to ensure adherence to the firm's quality management standards.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to budgets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
