Civil Engineer – Land Development

An exciting opportunity exists for a  motivated, and creative Civil Engineer  to join a dynamic land development team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the  art and science  of engineering—balancing technical expertise with the ability to present and sell designs to municipalities and community stakeholders.

What You’ll Do :

  • Assist in the design and execution of  residential land development projects  from start to finish.
  • Present and advocate  for project designs to city officials, municipalities, and community groups.
  • Work on  site grading, landscape planning, and environmental considerations  to create sustainable and well-developed land plans.
  • Collaborate with home builders and developers to bring high-quality projects to life.
  • Utilize  Civil 3 D, AutoCAD-based or similar tools  to develop and refine designs.
  • Work within a  team-oriented environment  that values creativity, problem-solving, and a passion for building communities.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2+ years of experience  in civil engineering, land development, or a related field.
  • A  self-starter  who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills—must be well-spoken, personable, and able to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Experience or interest in  environmental regulations, site grading, and residential land development .
  • Proficiency in  Civil 3 D  (or similar AutoCAD-based software) is a plus.
  • A passion for shaping communities and making a lasting impact.
