Construction Laborer Opportunity

We're seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. This is an entry-level position with hands-on work in outdoor environments, supporting commercial construction projects in and around Indianapolis. You'll work directly with materials like concrete, asphalt, and soil, contributing to the foundation of large-scale projects. This role demands both physical strength and mental focus. You'll be trained to operate safely and efficiently, and will be expected to earn certifications critical to the field. Training is rigorous and rewarding, ideal for those who are ready to grow in the construction industry.

Responsibilities :

• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Test construction materials
• Operate basic tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and project instructions
• Participate in certification training programs

Training & Certification :

Construction, labor, heavy equipment operator, equipment operator, welding, general labor, carpenter, painter

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
