Shift : 1st / 2nd Shift Rotation - Mon-Fri (7 : 00am-3 : 00pm) (3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm)

Position Summary :

Perform general repair, troubleshooting, upgrading and installation of equipment essential to plant operations. Assist Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining efficient electrical systems throughout the plant. Coordinates machine installation, wiring and maintenance in the manufacturing area.

Essential Functions :

• Perform standard Preventative and Predictive Maintenance activities.
• Support the Maintenance Group in developing and updating new / current pro-active maintenance activities to improve the reliability of the facility infrastructure and manufacturing equipment.
• Repair and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery as necessary.
• Upgrading equipment and machinery to prevent breakdown or improve efficiency.
• Installation of new equipment or processes within the plant.
• Promote relationships with machine crews and Shift Leaders that will encourage teamwork and pride in workmanship.
• Promote cooperation and exchange of ideas from all machine crews.
• Maintain a continuous improvement environment.
• Travel and regular attendance is required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
