Unit Clerk role at U.S. Renal Care providing operational support to maintain clinic operations and deliver high-quality patient care for individuals with kidney disease.
Base pay range
$17.56 / hr - $26.34 / hr

Responsibilities
- Customer Care : greet patients and visitors, answer phones, respond to patient questions, and assist with transportation arrangements as needed.
- Operational Support : update and maintain medical records, prepare patient records and charts for treatments, audit records for compliance, enter charges, and prepare billing and patient attendance logs.
- Complete forms and reports required by governmental agencies.
- Ensure adequate supplies and inventory; reorder when required.
- Assist with lab processing : preparing lab slips and tubes and directing labs to the appropriate laboratory.
What we're looking for
Six months of relevant experience in clinical / healthcare setting preferred.Minimum one year experience in administrative position preferred.High School diploma or equivalent.Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).Ability to organize time and tasks efficiently.Proficiency in all USRC applications required within 90 days of hire.Benefits
