Scope of Work :

Joseph's Bakery is seeking a results-oriented and self-motivated Account Executive with 3-5 years of experience in the CPG food industry to support the growth of the Joseph's brand within our national retail customer base. Reporting to the National Account Sales Manager, this individual will play a key role in supporting day-to-day sales operations, executing brand and promotional strategies, and helping manage key account relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company that values innovation and leads the industry in its category.

Job Description & Responsibilities :

  • Support the execution of sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth across key national accounts under the direction of the National Account Sales Manager.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day communication and deliverables with retail buyers, broker partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Help prepare for and participate in headquarter calls, line reviews, and business updates with key retail accounts.
  • Coordinate and track promotional activity, new item launches, and distribution changes across national accounts.
  • Collaborate with broker partners to ensure alignment of priorities, performance goals, and retailer expectations.
  • Monitor account-level performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to key internal personnel.
  • Maintain detailed account documentation, promotional calendars, and sales materials to support execution.
  • Support the implementation of new product rollouts and limited-time offerings in alignment with brand strategy.
  • Attend relevant trade shows and customer events, representing Joseph's brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
  • Demonstrate commitment to Joseph's core values, goals, and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree Business Administration or relevant field
  • 3-5 years of CPG sales experience in the food industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrate strong motivation to execute all tasks well and efficiently.
  • Possess the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, as needed and take direction from both Manager, leadership, and colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills including oral and written formats that are audience appropriate
  • Strong ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Flexible and adaptable work style (priorities can shift quickly)
  • Job Location : Lawrence, MA (open to Remote / Hybrid)
