Job descriptionMust be able to read and interpret blueprints as well as welding symbols. Must pass fit test, 3G Mig weld test and Structural fitting on large metal tower poles. Ability to operate overhead cranes, forklift and precision measuring tools. Proven experience as a Welder / Fitter or similar role.

Pay : $22.00 - $28.00 + DOE
Schedule : Multiple shifts available
About the Role :
We are looking for talent who can both weld and fit! Join our team as a Fitter Welder where you'll be responsible for the precise fitting and alignment of structural steel. Your primary role will involve ensuring that all components are prepared and aligned accurately.
Key responsibilities include :
- Read blueprints to determine product specifications.
- Fit, align, and weld steel, structural steel, and similar materials.
- Examine work pieces for defects and measure dimensions of completed products or work pieces to verify conformance to specifications.
- Remove rough spots from work pieces, using portable grinders, hand files, or scrapers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
