Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and promoting productivity. Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs. Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment following health and sanitation procedures. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. High School diploma or GED preferred; equivalent retail management experience considered. Valid Driver's License and automotive insurance. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
