Sales Operations And Dealer Services Manager

As a member of the Sales team this role will manage a team of five direct reports, the Dealer Services Team and will support the Director of Sales Operations and Planning on several key initiatives. The ideal person should have five years of experience in sales and service and a minimum of one year of experience managing people. To be effective in this role this individual must have project management experience and be comfortable managing a team of remote employees. This position is based out of our Reno, NV headquarters and is primarily an in-office role.
Minimum / Preferred Requirements :
- 5+ years of sales and service experience, working with dealers, distributors and sales reps (previous outdoor, bike and / or action sports-industry experience a plus).
- 1 - 3 years of experience managing people.
- Demonstrated success leading and coordinating sales, promotional and pricing projects listed above.
- Experience with project management software (Monday.com or other); able to implement project management methodology that involves a range of tools and tactics to drive projects and meet timelines.

Preferred Experience and Skills :
BA / BS or 15+ years of equivalent experience.Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system a plus.Experience with Elastic Business-to-Business system a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Strong analytical skills.Able to multi-task, work under deadlines, manage workflow independently, and work within a team.Job Responsibilities / Duties :
Management of Dealer Services : Serve as the manager of the Dealer Services team (5 people) for day-to-day support, as well as long-term goal setting and performance management. Lead the team to deliver best-in-class service to our sales reps, distributors and dealers. Channels of management include US / Canada Outdoor Specialty, US / Canada Outdoor Key Accounts and Medical channels.
