Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Groundskeeper / Yard General Laborer  to maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. The ideal candidate must also be open to working weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain roadways and facility grounds free of debris.

Perform daily upkeep of property, buildings, and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal.

Assist with painting, cleaning, organizing, and supporting multiple areas and departments.

Observe all safety precautions and wear the required PPE at all times.

Cross-train and assist in other work areas as needed.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift and stack 15-20 lbs .

Work involves long periods of standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching ; may include climbing ladders or staircases.

Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).

Qualifications

Willingness to reliably fulfill designated work schedule, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts .

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen .

Stable work history, preferably in an industrial environment .

Reliable transportation.

Commitment to safety policies and procedures .

Positive attitude, dependable, and a strong team player.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
