Sales Producer - Full Benefits

Position : Producer

Location : Virginia Beach, VA

Pay : $100,000 / year

Experience : At least 12 years of sales or employee benefits experience, preferably in a broker agency or benefits administration firm; experience selling to C-suite clients strongly preferred.

Education : Bachelors degree preferred; current Life and Health Insurance License required.

Type : Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Job Description :

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite clients and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with marketing and client management teams to develop and retain business.
• Present and communicate company value propositions and insurance solutions effectively.
• Manage sales pipeline and activities using CRM software.
• Negotiate client contracts with carriers and oversee renewal processes.
• Stay current on health care reform, compliance issues, and industry trends.
