Responsibilities :
Operate mobile hydraulic truck cranes (e.g., boom trucks) at customer job sites, primarily for HVAC equipment liftsRepresent Atlas Crane Service with exceptional professionalism, punctuality, and a customer-first attitudeCommunicate clearly with customers and team members to plan / manage busy schedules and execute safe, efficient liftsPerform daily pre-trip inspections, routine maintenance, and minor service tasks to ensure crane safety and operabilitySet up and break down cranes at job sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and job requirementsMaintain accurate job documentation (e.g., lift tickets, daily inspection logs)Follow all DOT and OSHA safety regulationsFollow all NCCCO and ASME best practicesBe a team player—pitch in with light maintenance around the yard or assist with estimating in the office / job walks when neededQualifications :
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) (Class A or B - with air brake and manual transmission endorsement)Valid National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) certification (or ability to obtain; other national organizations accepted like like NCCER, or military)Experience operating boom trucks or mobile truck cranesAbility to read load charts and understand rigging principlesStrong mechanical aptitude; able to assist with basic crane maintenanceExcellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and serviceMust be punctual, dependable, and comfortable working independently on job sitesAbility to frequently lift up to 50 lbs, climb, and work in outdoor conditionsJob Type : Full-time

Regular Schedule : Weekdays, Approximately 5 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM
Hours : 35–45 hours / week; overtime opportunities; summer is our busiest season
