Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) has partnered with a well-established financial institution to identify a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. This is a highly visible role supporting decision-making across the organization.

Competitive base salary of $90-110k plus performance-based bonus

5 days onsite in Cambridge, MA (hybrid flexibility may be considered after the initial training period)

Responsibilities :

Perform financial analysis to support business decisions and risk management

Prepare and review financial reports in compliance with GAAP

Analyze investment securities and monitor interest rate risk

Deliver insights that guide business strategy and performance management

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of experience in banking (required, non-negotiable)

3+ years of financial reporting experience (GAAP knowledge required)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
