Required Experience : 3+ years of related experience Required Technical Skills : Telecommunications and video experience with AVAYA and ZOOM platforms. IP based telephony, PBX platforms, Digital Voice Platforms. Security Clearance Level : Agency specific - Public Trust Required Skills and Abilities : Communication and problem solving. After hours call out - support. TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST

HOW A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards.
- Monitors the operations of telecommunications and video systems and services of vendors.
- Conducts studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
- Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of telecommunications equipment.
- Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary.
- Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the telecommunications and video systems.
- Provides end-user training of telecommunications and video features and functionality.
