Job descriptionPreparation of tax returns and client advising. Communicate with partners, managers, and clients throughout the engagement process. Maintain required continuing education and help expand the firm\'s service offerings. 0 - 3 years of recent public accounting experience. Bachelor\'s Degree or Masters in Accountancy Strong oral and written communication skills Effective analytical and problem-solving ability Experience with CCH Axcess and Engagement is a plus but not required. Education : Bachelor\'s degree in accounting Experience : Tax Internship or previous CPA Firm Tax Experience Please include resume with inquiries. Note the office closes at 1pm on Fridays outside of busy season and it is a 36 hour work week. Job Type : Full-time Pay : $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year. Compensation is based upon licensure and experience. 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Sick Time Vision insurance 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
Overview
Moody & O'Neal CPAs LLC is looking to add a Tax Associate to our growing team. The firm is a leader in the tri-county area with experience in tax services, consulting, business valuations, bookkeeping, and boutique tax planning services. Our office totals 40 professionals across two locations. We are looking for someone with 0 to 3 years of tax experience to join our team. This position is in office. All inquiries will be confidential. Please include a cover letter with salary requirements. Our Mount Pleasant office is located just past Shem Creek and across the bridge from Downtown Charleston. The option to work from our Summerville location at 119 West Luke Ave is available.
