About the Role

We are looking to add another Occupational Therapist to our team to cover our Southern territory : Auburn, Girard, Carlinville and Virden. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, self-starter and must work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

• Develop therapy and treatment plans for OT orders.
• Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients.
• Document and store treatment plans and progress reports.
• Update patient progress to relevant parties.
