Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA at Elevation Pediatric Therapy, you will design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement evidence-based behavior intervention programs and monitor progress.

Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, client progress, and treatment plan adjustments.

Stay current with new developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Qualifications

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Current BCBA certification.

Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.
