Responsibilities Greet customers and do a needs assessment interview Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits Answer pertinent questions about the vehicle purchase or lease Exhibit consultative selling skills, ensuring you present the correct vehicle for the customer’s needs Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations Prospect, network, make appointments, and ensure every customer is assisted Use CRM to follow up with past and future customers Complete required online GM training quarterly Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals and objectives Qualifications Available to work flexible hours and every other Saturday (until 3pm) Self-starter with a great work ethic Be eager to learn and dependable Have great communications skills Why Gordon?
