Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Pharmacy Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and analyze clinical programs and drug utilization reviews
Direct clinical pharmacy activities to enhance pharmaceutical care quality and cost-effectiveness
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
2-5 years of experience in managed care pharmacy
Management experience is required
Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance in pharmacy operations
Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare standards is preferred
