Position Overview :

This is a full-time role in which you will primarily be responsible for managing patient appointments verifying insurance authorizations and ensuring a seamless patient experience. The ideal candidate has a knack for customer service excels in a fast-paced environment and has experience with both medical and optical insurance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments ensuring a friendly and professional environment.
• Greet patients upon arrival and check them in for their appointments with a warm smile.
• Verify medical and vision insurance coverage obtain necessary authorizations and manage Superbill forms efficiently.
• Educate patients on available services and packages ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their options.
• Facilitate checkout handle payments and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Utilize Compulink software for managing patient records and enhancing operational efficiencies.
• Participate in end-of-day processing and cash reconciliation.
