We are seeking a compassionate, licensed
- LCSW

- Adolescent Therapy
- experience to join our outpatient team. The role involves providing individual and family therapy, conducting psychosocial assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans to support recovery and wellness.
- Perform psychosocial assessments and substance use evaluations.
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and case managers.
- Maintain confidential documentation adhering to regulations.
- Assist clients in connecting with community resources and aftercare services.
- Participate in supervision and team case conferences.
- Stay updated on best practices through continuing education.
Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work, current LCSW licensure, and strong clinical skills. Preferred qualifications include CADC certification and familiarity with insurance documentation.
