Farm Service Elevator has a full-time, temporary opportunity in the role of Invoicing Clerk - Shipping and Receiving .

This role is expected to last approximately three months and will provide essential assistance with invoicing, customer service, order processing, and compliance tracking. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with both internal teams and customers, and be comfortable learning and adapting quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice customers for feed deliveries and process feed contract trucker payments.
• Provide excellent customer service, including taking phone feed orders and placing orders for bin monitoring customers.
• Serve as backup for entering incoming ingredient loads, and scale operations.
• Post packing slips for ingredient loads received and drug lot receipts.
• Troubleshoot load discrepancies and record feed cost of sales transactions.
• Verify feed app loads, maintain app records, and enter contracts into the feed order system.
• Update and distribute weekly fuel surcharge rates.
• Open purchase orders in Dynamics.
• Monitor road restrictions and update as needed.
• Maintain shared SDS file, manufacturer ingredient folders, and supplier verification program.
• Assist in monitoring SQF compliance and report concerns to management.
• Collaborate with Feed Formulator Supervisor and Mill Operations Lead to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold all company, local, state, and federal safety policies and regulations.
• Contribute to a positive safety culture for yourself, the team, and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Core working hours : 7 : 30am – 4 : 30pm, Monday - Friday

Starting wage $18.82-$23.52
