8-10 hour shifts

Full-Time = $800 per week. 4 days per week (1 weekend day REQUIRED)

Part-Time = $400 per week. 2 days per week (1 weekend day REQUIRED)

Starting Pay : $20.00 / hr. (+ weekly performance bonuses)

Job Summary : KJ Quality Logistics is a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) seeking reliable and experienced Delivery Associates to join our team. DSP's are independent businesses. As a Delivery Associate (Driver), you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to various locations. This position requires excellent driving skills, physical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport goods and products to designated locations
• Execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Load and unload goods up to 50 Lbs. from the delivery vehicle
• The ability to complete routes independently with up to 200 stop daily
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or malfunctions
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations
• Assist with other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Must be AT LEAST 21 years of age

Must have a valid driver's license & pass background check as well as a drug screening. Ability to safely navigate delivery van (12 feet long) using GPS or other routing systems (preferred) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) when necessary
