Job Description

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Clinical Supervisor

What was it that brought you into the ABA field? Everyone has a story. For Autism 360, we saw an opportunity to change the world for children with autism.

What is it that keeps you in ABA? This answer is usually straight forward – the kids! Seeing our learners make progress toward their goals is the root of our mission. We have created an environment that allows you, the BCaBA, to focus on the kids. Autism 360 has built a comprehensive support team to make sure that you and your team are set up for success every day.

At Autism 360, we do exactly as our name suggests. Our programs are designed to encompass the whole child, not just the ASD diagnosis . We are driven by our values and they are the foundation for every decision we make. Our clinicians are committed to delivering the highest quality ABA therapy services and maintain the highest ethical standards.

As a BCaBA with Autism 360, you will have the opportunity to be a part of that mission! You will be provided the opportunity to supervise a caseload with significant support and oversight from our BCBAs. This position allows you to immensely increase your skillset. For individuals interested in becoming a BCBA, the BCaBA position will ensure you are set up to succeed with training in all clinical areas. Autism 360 is committed to your growth and success throughout your ABA career. In addition, the BCaBA will have access to several resources such as Lead RBT in each clinic to provide ongoing training of our RBTs, a comprehensive clinical training team for new RBTs, learning how to program at our onsite preschool program (Prep 360), a small community feel with leadership onsite and much more!

We have clinics in six North Carolina locations – University (Charlotte), Matthews, Conover, Hickory, Huntersville, Gastonia and Shelby. We have opportunities available in each location and would love to speak with you!

  • If you are currently obtaining masters in Applied Behavior Analysis and / or accruing fieldwork hours we encourage you to apply! We have various leadership positions to help gain supervision hours on your path towards BCaBA / BCBA certification!

Autism 360 provides a wide range of benefits to support our team members. Here is the rundown :

  • Competitive compensation ($55,000 – $65,000 / year)
  • Exceptional company culture, receptive to inclusion and team development.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k)
  • Cell phone and laptop
  • CEU reimbursement starting at $250 / year
  • 3 weeks paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • Virtual electronic data collection system to allow for light paperwork
  • Referral bonus program
  • Relocation stipend
  • Sponsored company events / trips
  • Free supervision for BCBA candidates (BCBA candidates are able to accrue all their unrestricted hours during working hours)
  • State of art clinics (majority of services are provided in the clinic setting, but individuals may need to travel to other locations if deemed clinically appropriate)
  • Partnerships with local universities
  • Multiple department organization and support allowing our clinicians to focus solely on clinical outcomes
  • Opportunity to be the BEST you – we value our BCaBAs and BCBAs creativity and have been able to increase the types of services we provide based on our clinician’s strengths and areas they are passionate about in the field
  • At Autism 360, the function of Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral supports while meeting the needs of staff and clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and / or other behavioral and social / communication challenges. The BCaBA also consults with and teaches instructional team members regarding pro-active, educational, programming, and behavioral supports; develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborates with team members, related services providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate. The BCaBA manages their caseload’s ABA treatment implementation and direct supervision to team members. The BCaBA is supervised by a BCBA between 5-10% monthly where they will receive ongoing training and mentorship.

This is how they do that :

  • Adhere to all Autism 360 principles, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the standards of the professional and ethical compliance code for Behavior Analyst.
  • Conduct parent trainings with BCBAs to increase generalization of skills learned.
  • Provide training and supervision of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians through observations, meetings, performance coaching and other methods.

  • Ensure that all treatment plans and programs comply with contract requirements, satisfy all relevant insurance certification and other expectations and meet or exceed professional standards. Maintain highly organized, consistent, thorough and systematic recordkeeping practices.
  • Seek creative options for ensuring the continuity and consistency of treatment and support services across settings for the lifespan of the client. Develop strategies for the stability of quality services when clients experience transitions.
  • Write comprehensive Individual Behavior Plan for each child assessed and create recommendations for comprehensive services.
  • Ensure that medical record documentation protocols are complied with. Ensures that patients’ progress notes are entered into the medical records on a timely basis and in accordance with established organizational procedures.
  • Responsible for ongoing individual program oversight and conducting weekly supervision meetings with Program Coordinators and Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Interface with families and children supervising the implementation of assessment goals, behavior plans, and ongoing monitoring of progress within each child’s program.
  • This is not an exhaustive list of job duties
  • This is what we need :

  • Must maintain CEU requirements to ensure active certification
  • Maintain current status regarding assigned core competencies and certification within established schedule and timelines
