Material Management Analyst

The Material Management Analyst serves in a key role providing expertise in a broad range of responsibilities in the management of equipment, materials and supplies inventories, issues and receipts. Responsible for developing and administering Supply Chain based training curriculum and providing technical support and oversight of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Service warehousing locations. This position assures materials management and inventory SOX controls are in place, compliant and followed, including oversight of the Annual Inactive, Excess, and Obsolete program.

Education :
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Applicants with an AA, AS, or BA / BS in Supply Chain or Logistics are encouraged to apply.
Experience :
2-5 years of Supply Chain related experience is required. Experience in data mining, querying and analytics experience in database environments. Experience with inventory management, material fulfillment preferred. Applicants with strong knowledge of Distribution Assets in Maximo are encouraged to apply. Applicants with working knowledge of Smartsheet or equivalent tool are encouraged to apply.
Measures of Success :
All relevant SOX controls are in place and in compliance. Ensure performance indicators, targets, and goals are met. Reports are published on schedule. Responsive to internal and external stakeholders. Analytical data is accurate and published to effectively contribute to overall system material and supply requirements.
