Position Summary

We are seeking motivated Maintenance Technicians to join our high-performance teams in a 24 / 7 manufacturing facility . This role is critical to ensuring all equipment and systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently, directly supporting plant performance in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost, and Production .

Maintenance Technicians provide hands-on support to keep operations running, with a structured career path that includes cross-training and advancement opportunities . Technicians begin by supporting preventative and corrective maintenance tasks and are expected to grow their technical skills over time, with the goal of advancing to “Tech A” status —qualified to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain highly technical equipment and systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay : Starting at $35.96 / hour , with the opportunity to earn $37.99 / hour at Tech A level
• Shift Differential : Additional pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Monthly Prosperity Bonus : Eligible for an additional 15% monthly bonus for meeting production metrics
