Requirements :

Board Certification : Required

Licensure : Must hold a valid Texas medical license

Certifications :

ACLS and BLS are required.

ERCP experience is essential.

Trauma Level : Non-designated

Pediatric Level : Non-designated

Specialty Skills Needed :

General Pediatric Surgery procedures, including but not limited to :

Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, and Hernioplasty

Laparoscopic and Neonatal surgeries

Advanced Pediatric procedures such as PDA ligation, diaphragmatic hernia repair, and intestinal atresias

Expertise in handling biliary, esophageal, and abdominal wall defects

Additional Information :

Credentialing Timeframe : Approximately 30 days; temporary privileges are available

Support Staff : To be determined

EMR System : Cerner
