Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a PRN need in Evansville, WI a retail pharmacy setting in Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity to step into a patient-focused environment and contribute your expertise in daily pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions.

Provide counseling to patients on medications and therapy management.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Support pharmacy workflow and collaborate with staff to maintain efficiency.

Requirements :

Active and clear Wisconsin Pharmacist license (required).

Previous retail pharmacy experience .

Familiarity with Pioneer RX strongly preferred.
