We are seeking a Lead Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and manage “the office of the Managing Partner” – five other staff members also supporting him. The position is full-time and could be based in our New York, San Juan, or San Francisco offices. This role requires presence in the office at least four days per week and every day that Managing Partner is in that office.
The Managing Partner splits his time between Pantera's office roughly :
San Juan 60%
New York City 20%
San Francisco 10%
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university (almost totally) required
- 5+ years’ experience supporting C-level executives preferred
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with impeccable attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, with ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, emotionally mature, and able to build relationships
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple hardware
- Meticulous, professional, confident, sophisticated, and gracious
- Does not require 24x7 availability – much more 9-5
