Business Development Analyst

The business development analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data, creating client-facing content, and presenting it in a compelling way. This position will work with clients and internal stakeholders to assess needs and assist in creating the strategy to maximize performance results for our clients. This role is part of client strategy group, a national platform, and as such, analytics may be used from other markets as needed. This position contributes to the growth of Avenue5 through being part of a team that creates jobs and impacts revenue directly for the organization.
Primary responsibilities and objectives include :
Create market and financial analysis of current and future client propertiesMaintain extensive knowledge of the factors affecting the marketplace and proactively provide research to leverage this knowledge for the business and for the clientsDevelop a strong relationship with internal and external clients and facilitate the use of research as a differentiator to attract and retain businessComplete market rent surveys and be able to speak to the reasoning of rent deltas in the marketCreate compelling visual communications of the market research for business developmentCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, to execute research planManage and organize all components of the RFP process and tracking deliverables from specific associatesConduct field market research and disseminate relevant information for the teamProject manage the business development lifecycleCreate custom reporting as requiredPerform other duties as assignedEducation and experience required :
Bachelor's degree is required for this positionPrevious real estate market analyst experience is requiredReal estate license is preferredExperience in property management or asset management is preferredSkills and requirements :
Intermediate understanding of accounting / financial / economic principles is requiredExperience in property management or asset management is preferredDetail-oriented and desire to learnAdvanced level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, but can also work as part of a team and collaborateScheduling :
