As a customer service manager with Matt Knizner Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Train and mentor customer service representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Insurance experience preferred
• Property and Casualty license preferred
• High level of organizational skills is needed
