What You Will Do to Change Lives
Under the direct supervision of the Team Leader, Direct Care Staff provide support and case management for members with developmental disabilities and co-occurring disorders, assisting them to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.

Compensation
Expected starting wage without all 3 certifications is $28.27. With all 3 certifications (DSP I & II & RBT), the wage is higher. Please inquire if you have all certifications. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges based on location. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience.

Located in East Palo Alto, it is an Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home (EBSH) providing 24-hour non-medical care to individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors, offering person-centered planning, trauma-informed care, and other specialized services.
