Job Description : About the Role

  • Provide expert guidance and hands-on support for Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud.
  • Ideal for seasoned compensation professionals with deep system and process expertise.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards and People Business Partners to ensure smooth execution of compensation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead consultant for Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud support, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with Total Rewards and People Business Partners to resolve complex compensation issues.
  • Support compensation planning cycles : testing, validation, and deployment.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and bug fixes for Oracle Fusion Compensation tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and user experience.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and end-user support.
  • Apply advanced knowledge to optimize compensation operations and drive efficiencies.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • 8 10 years of relevant compensation experience, including system implementation and support.
  • Required : Expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud.
  • Preferred : Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud certification.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with compensation modeling and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
