As an aide at the Manor you will be responsible for providing direct, hands on care to residents to ensure their physical, mental, emotional well being. You will provide indirect care for documentation, cleaning, infection control and laundry. Your primary purpose will be to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents.

QUALIFICATIONS

CNA experience

Must possess a current CNA or PCA certificate from the state of Arkansas

Pass Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check

Prior experience in the senior living sector is preferred

Must be empathetic, understanding, and enjoy working with geriatric residents
