Qualifications :
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.Current licensure as a CRNA in Missouri.Minimum of six years of experience as a practicing CRNA, with at least three years in a leadership or supervisory role.Strong clinical skills with demonstrated expertise in various anesthesia techniques, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.A commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in anesthesia care.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Authorization to work in the United States.Practice in the Heart of the Community
