Position Description : We are seeking a Project Control Specialist to join our Budget and Finance Team. In this role, you will ensure accurate financial management, contract oversight, and regulatory compliance. You'll track deliverables, monitor financial transactions, validate client financial data, and maintain transparency across all reporting. Responsibilities :

Budget Preparation & Management :

• Develop and update budget proposals with projections, justifications, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Draft budget notes and appendices for Advanced Planning Document (APD) updates, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Track and adjust budgets, monitor expenditures, and support mid-year reviews.
