Position Overview

The Tax Supervisor will oversee the tax preparation process for both individual and business clients, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and delivering high-quality service. This role involves managing a team of tax professionals and collaborating with clients to provide tailored tax solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and review individual and business tax returns prepared by team members.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff on tax preparation and review processes.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide strategic tax planning advice.
• Prepare complex tax returns and perform tax research as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate reporting.
