Contracts Supervisor

A company is looking for a VMO Contracts Supervisor (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions

Establish standard operating procedures for contract negotiations and ensure accuracy in contract drafting

Supervise and mentor staff while monitoring contract performance and implementing improvements

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required

8+ years of relevant experience in contract management required

Certified Commercial (CCCM) and / or Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) a plus

Proven experience in contract negotiations required

Software contract experience preferred
