Responsibilities :

• Customer service is your second nature : ensure a best in class experience by helping customers with waters, running a smooth checkout experience, and responding proactively to unexpected circumstances.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the POS system and cash register.
• Maintain the shop's aesthetic and create an organized and clean sales floor by folding clothes, straightening displays and racks, and refilling product.
• Process various forms of payment, including cash, credit / debit cards, gift cards, and store credits.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer, counting and balancing it at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Bag or package customer purchases carefully and efficiently.
• You create the first and last impression : our customers come to you for a perfect welcome and a seamless finish.
