About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join its acute care pharmacy team. The pharmacist will provide comprehensive medication management, sterile compounding, clinical dosing support, and pharmacotherapy services for a diverse patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics. This role requires strong inpatient experience, Trauma Level II exposure, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary hospital environment.

Job Requirements

Education : PharmD required

Licensure : Active Texas Pharmacist license (must be in hand before start date)

Experience :

At least 1 year of inpatient / acute care pharmacy experience

Trauma Level II hospital experience required

EPIC charting experience

Certifications : BLS required

Preferred : BCPS, Board Certification, IV Certification, Chemo / Hazardous Drug Certification
